Sourcing for pull-out racks for the larder unit

When we told Ah Soon that we wanted to build a larder unit, he told us that we should go ahead to buy the racks and he will get his carpenters to install for us. We thus went around to look for the pull out racks and realised that they were very expensive !!!

Song Cho, Hoe Kee were amongst the most expensive ones .... I nearly had to tear my hair out to figure out whether I should spend a bomb on the larder unit .... In my desparation, I surfed the web and googled for "pull out rack", "larder unit", etc and chanced upon 2 companies:

1) Kingsville Pacific Pte Ltd

Each rack unit costs around $35 for a standard 40cm wide pull out rack with soft closing. Material is steel with chrome plating. This is so far my cheapest quote. A set of 5 racks only costs $175, which is way lower than the price quoted by all the IDs (ranged between $300 - $500 for a 5-tier larder unit). We went there before we went to select our tiles and I bought 2 units as a sample. I'll probably ask them to send the next 5 racks when my carpentry is about done.

2) Universal Union Enterprise Pte Ltd

I called up this shop but the price was much higher than Kingsville so we decided to go for Kingsville instead.
