Day 9 - (13th May) Floor tiling starts, wall tiling completed, toilet completed !

I have to work today as well ... but fortunately I was able to check the progress at lunch time ...

Update @ Lunchtime
The tilers have completed the tilings around the window grilles and are working on the kitchen mosaics ... Discussed with Ah How on the progress and he said that they can only complete the kitchen by Thursday. The toilet will be completed by today!

Also noted that the top piece of the kitchen mosaic was slightly curved ... could be due to the weight of the mosaic ... have asked Ah How to rectify ... Will check again later at night ...

Update @ End of Day
Went up at around 6pm+ again today and as expected, Ah How and Ah Di were still working. The toilet has been completed and Ah How has been very kind in agreeing to build a small kerb for me to put the cleaning solutions.

The kitchen mosaic is also complete and they have started to work on the floor tiles (about 50% complete).

What's left is to grind the kitchen top, finish up the floor tiles, tile the concrete base and repair the damaged tiles in the common toilet and marble skirting.

Uncle is too busy to entertain me today. I called him at least 5 times today, the last being around 11.30pm and he was still busy with quotations at a place. Hope I can meet him tonight? Midnight ???? as I need to get the marble skirtings and common toilet tiles for the tilers ... I also need him to arrange for the plumber and electrician to come down to do the necessary .... Headache !
