Day 13 - (17th May) Sunday ... But carpenters came again to take measurement ???

Just when I thought nothing will happen on Sunday, 2 Carpenters appeared while I was out to buy provisions and groceries. Wifey told me they need to confirm the measurements and I was able to take the opportunity to clarify some of the finer details such as whether the shelvings were permanent (yes - for the lower cabinets, no - for the upper cabinets), the way the lower cabinet doors would be opened, how the shelving should be constructed at the box up pipe area, etc. Thumbs up to the 2 Uncles :) They also confirmed that the fabrication can be completed and installation would be on 22nd May (Day 18).

The painters never appear today.

On Sat, Uncle told me that Ah Hock would be coming to reinstall my shower screen and the rubbish chute. Hope this will materialise :)
