My demolition and removal team consists of 3 person on Day 1 - Singh, Silva and Freddy. I called Singh Superman because he's a really efficient worker and he don't need to wear any protection while hacking. Progress was initially fast but they hit a snag because part of my wall was previously done up by my ex-owner and they used very strong adhesive to stick the tiles. As a result, they couldn't complete the hacking within 1 day.
Uncle came twice that day. In the morning to give instructions and in the afternoon around 2pm to check on the progress. He told me that tiles and materials can come the next day and tilings should be able to commence (which unfortunately didn't materialise because the delivery of the tiles and sand were delayed !)
