I was hoping that Ah Hock would come yesterday but he never did .... probably very busy fighting the fire that Uncle had created ... haha ... Anyway, his guy (James) called me up in the morning after I chased Ah Hock at around 9am today and James said that he would come up to my unit to take measurements for the shower screen and as well to assess how to reuse my old shower screens. James appeared to take the measurements but he's clueless about what to do. When wifey told him that Ah Soon recommended us to reuse the flexible part of the shower screen and just change the brackets, he said anyone also can... Anyway, they can only install the shower screens next week .... so much for timeliness ....
Wifey also updated me at around 10.30am that the paints have arrived !! That's good news after chasing Uncle since last thursday (Day 10) ...
Hope to see the painters tomorrow ....
Eastplan has also been quite on-the-ball and have called me at least twice to confirm the installation of the PD doors. Initially they wanted to schedule the installation on thursday (Day 17) but I told them the painters are coming so it's better to wait until painting / plastering had substantially completed before they install the doors :)
