Post Renovation ....

My kitchen is not as durable as claimed by Ah Soon .... tiles started to pop and drop from my kitchen base .... Luckily managed to get Ah Hai to rectify it (cuz i told him i may go to Small Claims Tribunal to go after Ah Soon and since he's using Ah Hai's HDB License, he would be implicated).

Also did a company search on Ah Soon and noted that his company - Fu Hua Interior Design had already been canceled. Think the only way to go after him is to file a claims at Small Claims Tribunal and sue him all the way as he's a sole proprietorship ... so liabilities are not several.

Also heard from the forum that Ah Soon's brother - Jason also followed in his footsteps and have absconded with deposits and failing to complete renovations.

Lesson learnt: NEVER USE A NON-HDB REGISTERED CONTRACTOR. The savings may not be worth it ....
